About Me

I am bringing Asian and European-inspired pastries, and the culture of tea, here to Cedar Rapids.

I fell in love with bread and baking during COVID when I was stuck on the farm in Connecticut. When I moved to Cedar Rapids, I was determined to focus on my true love of baking.

I have also been a tea drinker for many years. Tea is not just a beverage, it is a culture and a tradition. Like bread, it is therapy!

This bakery and tea house is clean, well cared for, and full of delicious items. I've been there once but I've had many things brought home to me by my family members and I've never been disappointed in anything - it's all delicious. I recommend going before they sell out because the people who know about Anh's go early and they sell out of many items fast. We booked a high tea ceremony for my birthday and enjoyed the whole experience very much. Ahn tailored the experience to my favorite flavors and the bread products were out of this world delicious. We recently did the tea ceremony, and WOW, we had multiple baked goods, better than anything we've had before! The flavors were all so connected and simply better than anything we could recreate. 100% recommend. Anh's Bread Therapy is exactly what a neighborhood bakery should be: warm, inviting, and consistent in all the right way. The space is clean and cozy, and the menu rotates regularly, giving you something new to try each time you come back. Pro: The breads and pastries are fresh, incredibly soft, and made with obvious care and love: the kind of baked goods that are hard to walk away from.
