Tea House Menu
Everything is baked in-house, freshly every day! I post my menu on Social Media, but here’s some samples of what I usually have available every day:
Asian-inspired Buns and Pastries
All types of buns, including the fan-favorite Hong Kong Coconut Inside-Out bun, Ube buns, hot dog buns, and many more!
Tarts, Cookies, and Coffee Cakes
An ever-changing selection of tarts, rolls, and coffee cakes to get your day started off right! And exotic cookies, like miso-caramel and matcha
Cold Desserts
Tiramisu, Basque-style burned cheesecake, shortcake with berries and cream, and all sorts of other speciality desserts served cold…
Cupcakes and Frosted Items
If you’re lucky, I might have some of my amazing, hyper-realistic flower and succulent cupcakes. But I don’t make them often, and they don’t last long!
Sourdough Bread
A traditional sourdough, with a firm texture and robust crust. Amazing flavor, perfect for olive oil, butter, and sopping up that delicious leftover sauce on that steak you just finished up.
Shokupan
The traditional Japanese soft milk bread, great for sandwiches (including Egg Sando), French Toast, or just tearing apart and eating right out of the bag when you need a snack. So many families with kids love it!
Finally…stay for some tea!
I have four tables that each seat two (maybe more if you don’t mind being cozy), along with another table on my front porch and some tables in the back garden!
I source my teas locally, and when I travel. The rotating selection of teas changes weekly, including:
- Traditional black (English) tea
- Green tea (Japanese, Chinese, or Taiwanese)
- Oolong tea
- Herbal tea (non-caffeinated)
The price varies from $6 to $10 per pot, including hot-water refills, based on the exclusivity of the tea and the purveyor.
Stop by, relax, enjoy a pastry and a cup, prepared with perfection by my trained tea ladies!
