My soft, buttery tortillas make a great standalone snack, or part of your favorite homemade tacos. Don't forget to lightly toast them directly on a gas burner for maximum flavor

This soft Japanese Milk bread is super good with almost every thing. I make tea sandwiches (cucumber, watercress, ...) for tea time. Or last time I made a pull pork sandwich with this bread. it absorbs all of the juice from the pork. Amazing!!! $8 ea.

Hong Kong inside-out coconut buns are one of my favorites. soft buns filled with coconut custard. sold in small batch of 6pks ($18) or full batch of 12pks ($20). In Vietnam, we have them as a snack or morning rolls.

A fan of babka? This is the must-try loaf you should order from my kitchen. Sticky cinnamon pecan babka. Very decadent! $13 ea.
