Ingredients and sourcing

About my ingredientS

I work with local vendors when I can! The fresher, the better! If you have allergies, please ask me about specific ingredients:

  • My sourdoughs have gluten only, with a variety of different wheat and ancient grains

  • Most of my pastries will have dairy and eggs

  • I do not generally bake with nuts, but trace amounts may be present

  • If you are looking for gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, Saturday is the best bet, or order ahead and I can bake something special for you!
