Masala chai is never better than with my chai molasses ginger cookies. Soft, chewy, and irresistible.

Japanese brown rice green tea, a lovely combination of toasted and tea flavors. To go with it, honey banana poppy seed quick bread, chai cookies, and almond walnut toffee bars.

Mmm...the flavor of matcha cake was still on my tongue when I was writing this description. if you are a fan of matcha like me, make sure you have a big slice with green tea. I had my organic green tea from Cedar Falls tea shop.

Tea time is big in my home. For my special guest this day I served two kinds of tea - my favorite Earl Grey, and a blood orange herbal. For baked goods, I made moist chocolate caramel cupcakes, mini flower cupcakes, German chocolate cake, and blueberry sourdough bread.

My vintage floral marble cake goes great with Jasmine flower tea. A simply wonderful way to slow down your afternoon.

I served the brunch with my multigrain sourdough loaf. dark toasts as requested.

My ciabattas loaf made amazing parmesan chicken sandwich.
